Application Process

How to Apply — Step by Step

The entire process takes about 20–30 minutes online. Here is exactly what you need to do.

Purchase the Form

Pay the application form fee online via our secure portal. You receive an access code by email instantly.

Step 02

Access the Portal

Visit the applicant portal and enter your email address. A 6-digit one-time code is sent to your inbox.

Step 03

Complete Application

Fill in your personal details, O'Level results, JAMB score, programme choice, and upload required documents.

Step 04

Receive Offer Letter

Successful applicants receive a provisional admission letter by email. Pay your acceptance fee to secure your place.

OND Entry Requirements

Ordinary National Diploma (2 years)

Academic

Minimum of 5 O'Level credits (WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB) in one or two sittings.

Subjects Required

Credits must include English Language, Biology, and Chemistry. Physics or Mathematics may be accepted for some programmes.

JAMB/UTME

A valid UTME result with a score of at least 120 in relevant subjects.

Age

Minimum age of 16 years at the time of application.

Documents

Birth certificate, passport photographs (4), LGA certificate, and O'Level results.

HND Entry Requirements

Higher National Diploma (3 years)

OND Result

Lower Credit (minimum) in OND of the same or related programme. Upper Credit preferred.

CGPA

A minimum CGPA of 2.50 on the OND transcript.

NYSC

Exemption or completion certificate if applicable.

Documents

OND certificate/statement of result, transcript, and other supporting documents.

UTME (JAMB)

Direct entry via Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board examination.

Direct Entry

For candidates holding ND, NCE, A-Level, or equivalent qualifications.

Transfer

Students in good standing from other accredited institutions.

Part-time

Flexible evening and weekend schedules for working professionals.

What to Prepare Before You Apply

Have these documents ready in digital format (JPG, PNG, or PDF, max 2MB each) before you start your application.

O'Level Result (WAEC/NECO)

Required

Original or certified true copy of your O'Level result.

Birth Certificate

Required

National Population Commission certificate or sworn declaration.

Passport Photographs

Required

Four (4) recent white-background passport photographs.

JAMB Result Slip

Required

UTME result printout (for OND applicants).

LGA Certificate

Required

Certificate of origin from your Local Government Area.

Previous Academic Certificates

ND certificate/transcript for HND applicants.

Common Questions

Can I apply with a pending O'Level result?

No. All O'Level results must be available and verified before your application can be processed.

How long does it take to get a response?

The admissions office typically responds within 2–4 weeks of receiving a complete application.

Can I change my programme choice after submitting?

Contact the admissions office before your application is fully processed. Changes after screening are generally not allowed.

What is the acceptance fee?

The acceptance fee amount is communicated in your offer letter. It must be paid within the stated deadline to secure your admission.
